Great Interview with James Barrett, author of Silent Gospel

My dear friend and colleague, James Barrett, author of The Silent Gospel, has a new interview by some other friends (Regina and Scott Meredith) whose work I admire at Conscious Media Network. In this interview, he covers lots of interesting material about heart wisdom and intelligence. One point that seems very profound, both literally and metaphorically, is that the human heart is autogenic, meaning that it drives all the other rhythms in the body, not the other way around - the heart doesn't get it's biochemical beating orders from the brain or anywhere else - IT is the source!
